On July 17 & 18,2007,ShenYang
Education delegation visited GVRD BC Canada.They visited Mayor
Ms. Maxine Wilson at Coquitlam City Hall and met with the
management team of Phoenix Education. The two parties have
fostered mutual understanding, shared knowledge of each other's
educational systems and instructional philosophies.
